The 2013 World Police and Fire Games are coming to Northern Ireland.
The Police Service of Northern Ireland, Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service and Northern Ireland Prison Service will host approximately 10 000 Law Enforcement Officers and Fire-fighters from around the world who will compete in a wide variety of sporting events.
The World Police and Fire Games Belfast 2013 will take place from Thursday 1st to Saturday 10th August 2013.

The last World Firefighter Games were staged in Merseyside in 2008 and without a doubt were an unforgetable experience for the organisers and all those who took part. This webpage has been established to help inform current and retired members of UK FRS what to expect if they are hoping to compete in the next World Firefighters Games DAEGU 2010. The information is evolving all the time therefore expect regular changes and updates. A downloadable summary document containing all the relevant information listed below will be available here very soon.

A team of Hampshire Constabulary staff are holding the Isle of Wight 24 hour Golf Challenge on 2 July of 2010 to raise funds for the Paul Fletcher Memorial Fund.
This will comprise of the team completing all eight Isle of Wight golf courses in the 24 hours; further details are via the link below.
On Friday 02nd July 2010, Three employees of the Hampshire Constabulary on the Isle of Wight, who knew Paul, not only through his time when he worked for the Police, but also through Paul’s love of football and golf, will attempt to play every golf hole on recognised golf courses on the Isle of Wight. A total of 94 holes.
