Sun 23rd May. 9.00am to 6.00pm. Fancy walking across the Solent?
Why not get a team of four together to walk on a treadmill, on the St Clare Wightlink Ferry, from Portsmouth to Fishbourne.
The idea is to clock up as many miles as possible and be sponsored for walking on the Solent. See if you can beat our Head Office team!

The second annual West Wight Wander was a great success in 2009.
The West Wight Wander took place on Sunday 12 July 2009 from Yarmouth Fire Station. This year the event was very successful and all 38 walkers and two dogs taking part had a very enjoyable day with blue skies and light winds. 15 walkers completed the long distance and 23 completed the short distance. The record for completing the long distance is 7hrs 34 mins.
Many thanks go to Yarmouth, Freshwater and Fire Control personnel for their assistance during the event.
